The 60-mile route started and ended in Soquel, and included Laurel Glen Rd, Branciforte Dr, Glen Canyon Rd, Graham Hill, E. Zayante, Felton Empire Rd (the big climb), Ice Cream Grade, Pine Flat / Bonny Doon Rd (the big downhill), Highway 1, and then through Santa Cruz. Stops included Love Apple Farm, Freewheelin' Farms (the one I missed), and UCSC Experimental Gardens.
