On Calaveras, I was reaching down for my water bottle for the first time on my new bike, looking at the road ahead, forgetting that my water bottle is in quite a different location on the new bike than it is on my hybrid. So I accidentally grabbed the wheel instead! Thankfully I had decided to put on my full-fingered gloves - you can see the results. No harm done apart from a few scrapes and bruises.
